Terms and Conditions

General Rules for use of Jump High Inflatables units:

  • Only compatible age groups and sizes shall play in the unit at the same time.

  • Do not exceed the weight limit on the unit. This can put stress on the seams.

  • Children should not lay down in the bouncer while others are bouncing to prevent injury.

  • Slides are meant for only one slider at a time.

  • All riders must remove their shoes before playing on the unit.

  • No glasses, jewelry, or sharp objects should be on or near the unit.

  • Please ensure that children are not attempting somersaults or flips to avoid neck or back injury.

  • Do not run and/or bounce against the walls. Do not run or jump through the entrance of the bounce house. Do not climb or hang from the interior or exterior of the bounce house.

  • No water play is allowed unless renting a water slide specifically for wet use.

  • Absolutely NO food, drinks, candy, gum, silly string, confetti, confetti eggs, party poppers, face paints, fireworks, or color streamers are to be on or around the inflatable. These can cause damage and could result in a $100.00 cleaning fee up to paying for a replacement of the unit.

  • Do Not Move the unit from the place where it is installed. It is important that the person on site knows where the inflatable needs to be installed. Our units can only be set up and moved by our trained employees. Our insurance will be voided if moved by Lessee.

  • No pets inside the unit.

  • If winds exceed 15 mph remove all bouncers and deflate the bounce house. Once the wind dies down you can turn the blower back on and continue to use the inflatable.

  • Do not use the inflatable during the rain. The jumping surface can become very slippery when wet.

  • If it rains during your party there is NO REFUND.

  • When using a generator, if the unit begins to deflate, remove all occupants quickly, and check the gas gauge to ensure there is an adequate amount of gas to run properly. Please note that we provide a full tank of gas at drop-off. Lessee will be responsible for gas once it runs out.

  • Should a unit begin to deflate, immediately remove all occupants quickly. Then check the following: 1) The connection at the outlet near the motor and the extension cord (10 or 12 gauge) plugged directly into the outlet is still plugged in. 2) If the motor is continuing to run, check the air intake on the side of the motor for blockage and check both tubes at the back of the unit for snugness, re-tie if necessary. 3) Check the breaker. 4) If you cannot correct the problem please call us at 941-882-2445.

  • We cannot set up our equipment if there is another company set up at the same location. Our insurance company refuses to cover these types of events.

  • Children's safety depends on you. Your personal supervision is absolutely required. The operator must be at least 18 years of age and be present at ALL times. As the Lessee of Jump High Inflatables' unit, the safety of ALL riders is your responsibility.

  • If at any time during your rental adult supervision can not be provided please turn the inflatable off until such time that adult supervision can be provided as required.

  • If these general rules are not followed it could result in additional fees.

Cancellation/Inclement Weather Policy

Please review our entire policy related to cancellations and inclement weather.

Inclement Weather:
Jump High Inflatables cannot guarantee weather conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your rental prior to delivery if severe weather conditions are imminent, or if we have reason to believe that the inflatable equipment and/or riders may be in danger. However, unless the weather is so bad as to risk our equipment or the safety of the users, we will leave the decision up to you since your area might not be as affected by weather conditions as another.

Some examples of severe weather include high winds (25 miles per hour), excessive rain, severe cold weather or snow, and lightning.

In the event of severe weather during the rental of an inflatable (bounce house, combo, slide, etc), the customer is to immediately instruct all riders to exit the unit, unplug the inflatable and allow it to deflate. Use of the inflatable should not resume until the severe weather has ended.

In the event of severe weather during the rental of a tent/canopy, the customer is to immediately have all guests vacate the tent and move away to a safe location. Contact our office as soon as possible and inform us of the situation, so that we can determine if the tent/canopy needs to be taken down.
